What is acne and how can it be treated?Updated 2 years ago
Acne is a common skin condition, often characterized by pimples. Acne occurs regularly in puberty but also in adult women, for example during and after pregnancy and menopause. The cause of acne is often hormonal, this leads to an increased sebum production, resulting in blockage of the sebaceous gland. This can cause an inflammation which is caused by the Staphylococcus aureus bacteria. Use of Gladskin Acnefekt prevents inflammation of the clogged sebaceous gland, resulting in the prevention or reduction of pimples.
